Happy New Year from Coffee N’ Comics. We’re
excited for 2025 and hope you are as well!
We feel like we’ve finally gotten our
bearings and are looking forward to the
first year, which doesn’t feel like pandemic
recovery. We have so much to be grateful for
this year, and the first thing is all of
you. We are so happy to have the loyalty of
Reno’s epic nerd community. We are grateful
for every frapp, latte, magic pack, and
Pokemon card that ya’ll came in to buy. It’s
been amazing making so many new friends and
sharing our love of Karaoke, Star Wars,
Hello Kitty, and everything in between.

Second, we are grateful to all of our
wonderful hosts and ambassadors. Everyone
who helps us run a successful event like the
Evening Reading Room (Thanks, Jessica),
Comedy Nights (Thanks, Mollman), Trivia
(Thank you, Alysha), Rocky Horror (Thank
You, Piper), and everything else (Thanks to
the Bunns). I’m missing things and people, I
know, so thank you to everyone who helps us
keep a cool third space going. We couldn’t
do it without your support.
Third, we want to thank all of our staff.
We have such a loyal and fun crew. They are
so good to us and so great to work with.
Every year, we say we have the best crew,
but it gets better and better every year.

tomfoolery. You keep the vibe of Coffee N’
Comics going!
Finally, we’re thankful for all the great
things we’ve done this year! We brought to
life the Thirst Hearse. This has been a
while in the making, and it’s so great to
have the hearse living its best life. We
hosted a sold-out Rocky Horror picture show
for the first time. It was so cool having
live actors and watching the show come to
life. We hit five years of being open at the
Moana location this year. We released an
online ordering web app that allows ya’ll to
order ahead of time and pick up your drinks
when convenient for you. We’ve done so much
and are hopeful that 2025 will bring all of
us a fun and prosperous year.
